Hallo, all, this me again, this morning i remember that i saw something interesting long-long time ago, i’m sure any of you have already seen what i see. have you ever see there is man or woman that extremely flexible? They can fold themselves, amazing isn’t it? Rest between set

This one of importance thing that you must do when you work out at gym. If you a first timer, never exhausted your self by pushing your self without resting between set. if you doing like that you will not achieve your goal, and only feel exhausted after doing that, and more problem that you will face is overtraining. So what you must do is provide a ideal time to rest between your set so your muscle can get it strength to do the next set of move.
