Ok, i decide to post this topic because this topic sound interesting for me, because it really controversial, now i think any woman want to have a good or great body that make every man look at her and said, “owh, that one hot babe.” but to achieve that kind of body you will have to work hard enough to get that body, because according to msnbc.com a woman metabolism is one third slower than a man’s and that why women can exercise and still not lose weight. Rest between set

This one of importance thing that you must do when you work out at gym. If you a first timer, never exhausted your self by pushing your self without resting between set. if you doing like that you will not achieve your goal, and only feel exhausted after doing that, and more problem that you will face is overtraining. So what you must do is provide a ideal time to rest between your set so your muscle can get it strength to do the next set of move.

This day, Fitness industry had become one of biggest industry in this world, not only in U.S, but in other country as well. Every gym and every personal trainer said that they have the best method to change your body shape almost instantly. They even said that u can get your perfect body without a sweat. if you surf the internet, you will find very many ads about how they can make you have a good body in instant way. if you think this kind of ads can work for you, you can try it.
Now what i try to say is there is no instant way to get a great body. Many people have try to have a great body and work out like a crazy, and before you know they didn’t show up on a gym again, why? because they have a misunderstanding about fitness, they thing they only need to work out for about 4-16 week, with an intensive program that look great, and do it for the time being and voila!! they have a great body, they stop to gym, and they body will have a good shape for the rest of their life.
