The wise judge

a long time ago, in a village of a china there is a poor mother with her two year old child. one day she went to the town with her child. in a journey, they pas a field of watermelon. The hot weather at that day make her child thristy and crying. instinctively, the mother picking one of watermelon and slam it to ground. after breaking it, the mother take a few small piece and give it to her childern. when they want to leave the garden, suddenly the owner of that garden who had been what them quitely show up, and he shout,”Hey….Hey….don’t go…!”while approaching the mother, in angry tone said,”i will take you to the judge because you already stole my watermelon.”
Realize that there is a rule in that village that state, one can’t be accused of stealling if only take one watermelon, so the owner take a few more and put it into a basket. after that, he pushing it and bring the mother with her child to the judge with the evident.
in a face of court, the judge listening an explanation from that mother, that she only take a watermelon because her child is very thirsty. the judge is convince that the mother doesn’t take watermelon as much as the owner said. but to prove it, he need an argument. cleverly, the judge tell the guard to put the stolen watermelon on the floor. After that, he asked the mother to give her child to the owner, and order the owner to carry the child with one of his hand. After that, the judge tell the owner to take all of watermelon with the other hand. He can’t take all of the watermelon with only one hand, because it imposible to take all of the watermelon with a one hand, and the other hand carrying a child. finally, the judge releasing the mother, and punish the owner because he tried to lying and accused the others.

In every problem, the importance thing is not to argue, but to search the solution. Give the right argumentation so your opponent can’t oppose it. to prove that the owner wrong, the judge don’t need to talk all along. he cleverly asked the owner to prove his word or accusation is false. in this today world, we to many do the talk, without doing something, remember, do more, talk less that is one of key to success. what else that you can learn from this story?
