From one of my research through google, Sport drink industry have already become a big industry during 2000 until 2005, they grew about 48% during this year, and their sales reach $6.1 million (excluding sales from walmart). this is one sign that proved many people that have a fitness livestyle consumed this kind of drink in hope that they can get a good benefit from this kind of drink. Do they really help you as an body builder or they doesn’t have any effect for us?
For the First, let us try to think, what is the purpose of sport drink? the answer is easy, thepurpose of sport drink’s is to rehydrated your self when you have an excessive workout, that make you lose some water and electrolytes such as sodium and potassium. In addition, sports drinks contain sugars in the form of sucrose, glucose, or fructose which have the function of replacing lost carbohydrate store and serve as a source of energy during an intense workout.. It’s been shown that the loss of as little as two percent of your bodily fluid during exercise can result in decreased exercise performance.
So bassically, if don’t do a high intense work out, i suggest you don’t drink sport drink, Why? Cause if you drink it, it will hinder your weight loss, cause it contain a high calorie that supposedly been use to replace your energy that have been lost during the high intense excercise.
But if you running outdoor or participate in a high intense work out, the sport drink will really help you by providing you an energy that you need to keep your energy level at top so you can sustain high level workout. Are there any disadvantages to the use of sports drinks during running and other vigorous exercise? One problem encountered with the use of sports drinks, other than the high caloric content, is the fact that drinking fluids can cause bloating which may reduce your performance during an exercise session. This sports drink effect can be reduced by drinking smaller amounts of your chosen drink more frequently.
Many kind of sports drinks also contain the carbohydrate fructose which in some studies has been linked to an increased risk or heart disease. When choosing a sports drink, it’s best to avoid one that has fructose or high fructose corn syrup listed as an ingredient. Many sports drinks also contain citric acid which has the potential to erode tooth enamel. For this reason, you should drink a sports drink with a straw as quickly as possible to avoid prolonged contact of the liquid with your teeth.
As you can see, the effects of sports drinks are mostly positive in that they help to prevent serious loss of fluids and electrolytes as well as help to maintain good exercise performance. If you choose the right sports drink and use it appropriately, your running and exercise performance may be enhanced and your sports performance improved.
So it doesn’t matter if you want consume it if you have a high level work out, and choose the right sport drink to drink……SUCCESS IS WITHIN YOUSELF!!!

Flexibility is a ability to move your joint and muscle through their full range motion. In this day, many people that do fitness don’t think highly about flexibility. The main target of people that do fitness is for the shape of their body, but personaslly i think flexibility is importance to make you stay fit. But what is the research say? Okay, so i just do dome research about what flexibility contribute to healthyness.
According to Chad tackett, the president of GHF, training your flexibilility will have you many benefit. First of all, improve your physical performance, and decreasing a risk of injury, because when you stretch your self, your muscle will exceedingly to it maximum length and will increase it flexibility so it will become more resistant to any kind of move that you do, the result is your risk to have injury will be decreasing.
Second, Reduced muscle soreness and improve your posture. According to book i read train your flexibility will improve your endurance when you doing fitness so bassically it blew off your muscle soreness and improve the way you move (gestures) and the way you stood or positioning your self (postures). It is very good to do it, so you have a good shape in your body and you will look perfect if you have agood postures and gestures.
So it really important to train your flexibility because you will gain many advantages by doing that….SUCCESS IS WITHIN YOU…..

“wrong.” Said mother while shaking her head to right and left, “the one that will go wash his face is the one that doesn’t have a dirty face, because when the one that doesn’t have dirty face see his frien face, he will whink his face is dirty as his friend, but the dirty one will see that his friend face is clean and he think his face is clean too, so he will not go wash himself.”
After giving sometime for the child to understand the explaination, the mother asking the same question again,”The same event happen again, the two people fell again in same place, what will happen?”
Her son answer it,”I think you don’t need to ask, the one with the clean face will wash himself.”
“Wrong, the one that have a clean face learn from the experience and think he doesn’t need to go to wash himself, because when he go to wash himself, he knew that his face is clean. the other that have a dirty face is learning from his experience too and he go to wash himself.”
the child confuse with the answer of his mother, but his mother “playing” with him and asking the same question again, she said,”for the third time, the two people fell again in same place, who will go to bathroom?”
“hem, the….one….with the clean face, ah….no…the one with dirty …..face…” Said child with confuse look on his face.
After that the mother tried to guide him and enlighten his mind, said, “is it really possible? there is two people that fell in some place, came out with difference result: one is dirty, and one is clean?”

If we really think about something we will see the answer clearly, but ussualy, we don’t do it? because our mind is too cloudy, to see the truth answer, we been deceived by our own perception and opinion about something. if you want to success, you must release all of your cloudy mind, and look all the thing as it really is……

]]>Maybe you think that is so simple, why there is no body telling me, such a simple thing? yes, because it such a simple thing, many people don’t realize this is so important. If you think logically, it reallly easy to understand why is water is so important for our body, this is several reason that i think, why it very important to drink enough water to lose some weight, come on read the list:
1. 60-70% part of your body is consist of water that have a function to maintain your life, like a blood , if water doesn’t have enough water supplies it will take a water from another resources, and that is oud blood. this process would make thicken our blood. in the end, when our blood become thicker, it will make our kidney to work harder.
2. water have function to assist digestion, absorption and assimilating food. it important to have enough water so we can make use all of nutrition that we eat.
3. regulates our body temperature
4. Water is a natural substance that can suppres our desire for eating. this is important, because if you don’t have enough water, you tend to eat more than you need. This happen because your body can’t tell the difference between hunger and thirsty. Sometimes your body is feeling thirsty and give a signal to your brain, but this signal is the same with the signal that body give when you is hungry, so our brain maybe feel that our body need some intake (in this case we can choose food or drink). I suggest you to try to drink first, if you still feel need to eat after drinking some water, then you can eat but not until full, just until you feel don’t hungry.
5. Water is increasing your metabolism that mean burn more of your fat. Why? it’s easy, the part of our body that convert fat into energ y is a liver, this is main job of our liver. But liver had another function too, and that is too pick up the slack of a kidney, which need many water to work properly. The problem is occur when our kidney doesn’t have enough water, so the kidney will work more slower, that will affect the productivity of our liver and when the procutivity lowered, we began to store fat in our body.
So how much water do we need to get a good result so we can lose our weight? it easy, 8 glass a day or it equal with 2 liter of water. the objective is not to drink all of the 2 liter water at once, but to spread out through out the day. So your body will not losing the water. if you drink it 2 liter water at once, that won’t do any good, because our body can’t absorp all of the 2 liter water at once, you will waste it.
Never let your self become thirsty, when you feeling thirsty you already become dehydarated. so drink when you not thristy yet. Remember to drink water all trough the day, like 3-4 times with big glass, and drink a water in between a glass, and make sure you don’t feel thirsty. I’m sure you will notice the difference just in a day. SUCCESS IS WITHIN YOURSELF!!!
]]>So what should i do? the show must go on, and reluctantly, i do my obligation, and the next day, i feel myself explode like…KABOOMMM!!!! and all of the question start showing like a crazy in head, it’s like going nut!!! isn’t this kind of question supposedly make me reflect upon my self and make me feel the peace in my inner self (well, that if my inner self really exist…Coz i never see it even once in my live…..^^)
And when i’m go to the melancholy mode, there nothing that can stop me from doing whatever i want, and it mean litterally. sometimes if i already feel tired of what i done, i can leave it and make a excuse not to do it, with easily. Example, when i want to go teaching and feel like i describe above, i would say that i’m not in good condition (well, not phisically, but mentally hehehehehhehehe……) and i must take a leave….even my body is in perfect health…..now, i know this is not good, but if i teach in that condition, i could gone nut, and take AK-47 and shoot all the kid that make me feel angry.
So i take my leave, and do whatever i want, after a few day i would feel more depressed, and think i must do something that have more meaning, and start to do anything that have a good value, and after a few week, the cycle is repeat it self again. so basically, i like in never ending cycle.
Anyone that have the same experience with me?

]]>Realize that there is a rule in that village that state, one can’t be accused of stealling if only take one watermelon, so the owner take a few more and put it into a basket. after that, he pushing it and bring the mother with her child to the judge with the evident.
in a face of court, the judge listening an explanation from that mother, that she only take a watermelon because her child is very thirsty. the judge is convince that the mother doesn’t take watermelon as much as the owner said. but to prove it, he need an argument. cleverly, the judge tell the guard to put the stolen watermelon on the floor. After that, he asked the mother to give her child to the owner, and order the owner to carry the child with one of his hand. After that, the judge tell the owner to take all of watermelon with the other hand. He can’t take all of the watermelon with only one hand, because it imposible to take all of the watermelon with a one hand, and the other hand carrying a child. finally, the judge releasing the mother, and punish the owner because he tried to lying and accused the others.

In every problem, the importance thing is not to argue, but to search the solution. Give the right argumentation so your opponent can’t oppose it. to prove that the owner wrong, the judge don’t need to talk all along. he cleverly asked the owner to prove his word or accusation is false. in this today world, we to many do the talk, without doing something, remember, do more, talk less that is one of key to success. what else that you can learn from this story? ]]>Now the problem is the result from recent research from the Norwegian University of Scient and Technology (NTNU) is that women body may not have enough energy to support both hard workout and getting pregnant. The research found that women who has a high activity level (training almost every day regardless the intensity or duration and training until they were feel exhaust) had a highest risk of infertility. even for the women that age under 30, the evidence become more stronger. So, This is a problem for a women that want to have great body, because to get that body, you must work hard enough (remember that women metabolism is one third of men) but if they train themselves hard enough they will face the infertility risk that make them hard to bear a child.
What the Solution?
From my point of view, The research did mention that women that high level activity have to face a risk of infetility. High level activity that this research is training your self every day without a rest or training yourself until you feel exhaust. so the solution is you have a moderate training, and never let yourself feel exhaust, but when you already feel tired stop the training (it about 45-60 minutes) plus give one day rest after every training, like you go to gym on saturday, at sunday rest or do cardiovaskular training like walking, monday go to gym, and tommorow rest again. There is one problem again that you must remember, women metabolish is one third of men, so what should you do? it’s easy, you should increase your metabolism, how to do that?
To increase your metabolism you need to know what is the thing that make your metabolism low, this is the list of the cause of low metabolism:
1. Fasting
2. a low calorie diet
3. eating or drinking food that containing high sugar
4. lack of physical activity
5. a low calori diet
6. under active thyroid
So what to do? avoid this list…and what you must do to increase your metabolism? it’s easy, just do this list:
1. do not skip any meals, eat 5-6 meals during the day but don’t eat until you feel to full, ok, only small meal that keep you not feeling starve, maybe you think if you don’t eat you will loss a weight, that wrong cause when you feeling starve your body will began slow down your metabolism, to conserve some energy, and it will cause your metabolism slow down, which mean you not burn your fat.
2.exercise daily but remember not to exhaust yourself
3. Drink 8-10 water a glass daily
4. build your muscle, cause your muscle can burn 50 calories a day
5. eat food with high nutrition
6. drink a green tea

]]>one day, in a very big field, There is a mother lion who was teaching her child how to run. seeing that his child is run very slow, the mother said,”Come on run more faster….!!!!Come on….Faster…!!!!” Turn out to be the mother encouraging can’t make the child run more faster.
Finally, his mother give him an advice,”If you can’t run faster than the slowest mountain goat, you will die in this forest.” That word make the child realize, that there is no body can help him, except him self. he must be better and faster than his prey. suddenly, he can use all of his strength, and can run more faster than before.
meanwhile, in the opposite direction of a big field, there is a big green lawn, at that place there is a group of mountain goat. they are resting after grazing in green meadow. among of the crowds of the mountain goat, there is a mother mountain goat that training her child. From a distance there is a voice that soun like,”good…good….!come on run faster….!!good…good…more faster….!!!!”
To motivate his child run more faster again the mother said,”if you can’t run more faster than the fastest lion, your life will be useless, cause sooner or later u will be his prey.” Hearing what his mother said, the child said,”How come i run faster than the fastest lion, mom? it’s unfair, the lion is bigger and faster.”
suddenly the mother running, and yelling,”watch ou, there is a lion behind you, run….!!!” A warning that his mother yelling is look like a real warning, so the child is run as fast as he can for his life. Suprisingly, the child can run very fast. “so, that kind of run that will help you survive in this jungle.” his mother said.
