Ok, i decide to post this topic because this topic sound interesting for me, because it really controversial, now i think any woman want to have a good or great body that make every man look at her and said, “owh, that one hot babe.” but to achieve that kind of body you will have to work hard enough to get that body, because according to msnbc.com a woman metabolism is one third slower than a man’s and that why women can exercise and still not lose weight.
